Challenge:

Timing is everything. When dealing with a client in the data center industry, you have to be able to move at a moment’s notice. I find this to be one of the biggest challenges that we throw at the ARC team and they have never failed us on a time line. Some of those time lines being a little unreasonable doesn’t seem to have any effect on the willingness to provide outstanding customer service and work with the client to come up with a reasonable solution to meet the schedule.

Solution:

There is always a solution. When working with Jason and the ARC team there is an understanding that there will ALWAYS be a solution. Different ideas, different vendors, they will find a way to make it happen.

Results:

As a project manager, my job can be a bit difficult at times. With having ARC as our contractor my job is a little easier. There is no need for ‘babysitting the contractor’. I know that I can point to an issue and it will be resolved with no questions asked.
